Casita Azul is the creative home of Nikki Barron, a Seattle-based communications and creative strategist and visual artist.
Casita Azul Creative is a Seattle-based full-service strategic marketing and creative studio that helps mission-driven organizations, artists, small businesses, and progressive candidates, campaigns, and causes move people to action. We deliver innovative strategies, compelling branding and creative production including visual design, photography, videography, written content, events, live streams, merchandise, and more.
Our work is rooted in the belief that authentic storytelling and thoughtful design can shift narratives, build trust, and create lasting impact in a fast-moving, noisy communications landscape. From developing campaign strategies to building visual identities and producing events, Casita Azul delivers work that is strategic, artistic, and built in collaboration with our clients.

Nikki is equal parts visionary and executor.
"I've had the pleasure of working with Nikki Barron on several creative projects over the years, from publishing campaigns to multimedia storytelling and brand development. Whether she’s designing assets from scratch, crafting a visual identity, filming and editing video, or developing strategic content that actually reaches people, Nikki brings a rare blend of artistry, strategy, and soul to everything she touches. Her work doesn’t feel like marketing; it feels like meaning. That’s because Nikki leads with authenticity and works with integrity that aligns with the values of every mission-driven project I’ve ever collaborated with her on. She listens deeply, builds thoughtfully, and never loses sight of the human beings behind the data points or hashtags. Whether for the South Seattle Emerald, Hinton Publishing, or any number of justice-driven initiatives, Nikki has been a creative partner I trust implicitly. She is equal parts visionary and executor. If you have the chance to work with her, take it. Your work will be sharper, your brand will be bolder, and your story will be told with the care it deserves."

Thanks to Nikki, I feel like I have a good foundation in how to make marketing make sense for me and my business.
I've been running my own music lesson business for a long time, and I've always kind of struggled with the marketing aspect of running a business, and recently I got kind of fed up with my own attempts and decided to hire Nikki, and it's been awesome. Not only has she given me some kind of concrete goals and just kind of methods of how to get people through the door, but she's also helped me develop kind of a marketing mindset and has given me tools and just ways to think about the big picture and how to set goals long into the future so that marketing makes sense now, and I'm already seeing results just from, you know, doing this for a little while, but thanks to Nikki, I feel like I have a good kind of foundation in how to make marketing make sense for me and my business, and yeah, I'm really grateful. Thank you, Nikki
